Review by hotel critic

As an Italian family looking for a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, we found La Ville to be a comfortable and family-friendly choice during our vacation. The hotel's proximity to a network of buses and trains made exploring Florence's major sights effortless. This particularly came in handy when we ventured to the renowned museums and theaters in the city.At La Ville, our family was pleased to find a variety of amenities catering to all ages. From the spacious family rooms to the thoughtful inclusion of kid-friendly activities, the hotel ensured a pleasant stay for everyone. The staff, notably Gaetano, were attentive and accommodating, which added a personal touch to our experience. The cleanliness of the place and the abundance of fresh towels further enhanced our comfort.La Ville provided a convenient and inclusive environment for families. While the decor might benefit from a touch of modernization, the warm hospitality and family-centric offerings more than made up for it.
